are woman good cooks?

Hi There are many men who cook very well. Usually women cook at home as they have to do it for their family. All women may not be experts in cooking but they have to do this becuase of the sake of their family. There are women who enjoys cooking and do that very well. Offcourse there are men also who enjoys and cook well. In every field there are experts who can do their job very well because they have the skill to do that particular job. In this way there are people who have got special skills in cooking and they can cook better than most of the other people do. These people may be men or they may be women. I think the quality of cooking determines the skill and expertise in that field and not gender of the cook.

My mother was the best cook in the world, according to my child hood assessment of her as the first women I first saw! This perception is changing very fast though-today, a womnan's place is no longer in the Kitchen-infact my wife cooks no more, instead it is me doing the cooking-times have changed-in the 18th centuary, it would probably be an abomination for a man to be found cooking, today, anybody can cook, woman or man!

Hi knightrider, my friend, i think it depends because it is said hundred times that women are good cooks but if a man cooks the same thing he will cook better than the woman. well i am a woman and i think i cook very well andf i enjoy cooking when ever i have a party at home i cook everything on my own and every finds it tasty. so i would say that women are good cooks. i think, it depends on personal choice also and because i have an affinity towards it i enjoy it a lot. hahaha it might be a case of both i guess. but i praise my hubby because he is quite a good cook. in fact, better than me. i'm really lousy. in fact, i'm a lousy homemaker. but if you do want to think about it in general, i guess usually women are better as they're usually on home field though it's not always the same with everyone. there are men who are way better.

Cooking doesn't come in gender! My husband and I love to cook together and both cook well. We taught my daughter AND both sone to cook and create as they go and all cook great! Depends on the cooking education a child gets! Men and women that are taught to grow in the kitchen are both great cooks!
