i think the laptop is the best cuz i take little space and you can but it in your car and the laptop use more internet speed than the desktop so i think the lap tops is the best

i suggest desktop, upgrades are easy and part and accessory are not that expensive like laptop, laptop is very expensive repair cost a lot accessory are not chief!

wel if you are a heavy user and that also when you have heavy applications then i would tell yo to go for a desktop. it is very sturdy and also easy to us. i have a desktop and a laptop, but when i work on softwares like maya i generally refer to use the dekstop rather than the laptop and also when i want to play games i always do that on the desktop. although my laptop has a very good card but still i enjoy it on the desktop. so i think the use is a factor to choose what to buy and what not to buy

hey gopu10 I think it depends according to your needs/requirement. If you are high profile executive, business tycoon or busy person and you have not time to spare in that situation I think laptop is the best solution as it is handy and consume less space . But ordinary person like me I think desktop is the best. Both have their own merits & demerits. It can not be compared with each other. pkc3000

it depends on your need. each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages. the main advantage of laptop is its portability, so by nature, laptop is weaker than desktop. desktop also more durable and cheaper than laptop.
