in india cricket is most popular sport. but don't you think we are neglecting other sports like our national sport hockey in the greatness of the sport? the indian cricket team was gifted loads of money. but even after winning the chess championship for three times, vishwanathan anand was forgetten just a few days after. i mean if you ask any indian about cricket, he would tell you its history and its players from the starting till today, but ask him to name just few players from badminton or swimming or even football, he would be as dumb as the walls beside him. just for fact, can you name some????
