Dead baby declared alive after 6 hours.

Can you imagine the status of a family and especially that of a mother, when a new born baby is declared dead on birth and then decalred to be alive 6 hours later. We put our entire faith in the hospital and its staff of doctors and nurses. What should be done in such instances.
