I have noticed the ammount of racisum in the Uk has been rising quite alot. I think its because of forign people moving here and working for less money than we would. Has anyone else noticed this?

Really? Has racism really been on the increase in the UK in recent years? OK, I think I'm not so naive to think that there is no racism but when I lived in the UK from 1989 to 1994 and then from 1997 - 2000, the record of the UK on racism was actually quite good. Sure you have had a few idiot members of the British National Party but they were in places like the less developed parts of London. Then there was London itself - which is so multi-cultural, you'll quickly realise that London is not actually the UK, but something quite unique. Having said that, I have had personal encounters of racism. Notice that the guy who calls you names only has the guts to do it while he's driving away in a car and never even considers it OK to try and call you names to your face. Very funny, that little phenomenon. I would say that while there are racist in the UK, just as there are everywhere else, the majority of British people are actually quite decent people when it comes to managing basic race relations. So, its actually quite sad that you tell me that racism in the UK is on the up and coming.

Yes The uk is a multi-cultural country now but some people want the country to stay white but if we didn't have people come here to work we wouldn't have as many workeres. I also think what is causing the rising numbers of racists is the london july bombings, 911, and other terrorist attacks.
