Best Doctor Who Series?

I never watched the old series so they are out of the picture for me. I personally feel that out of the 4 that have been in the newer lot, the most recent has been great so far. Though for some reason my favourite has had to be Series 3, although Rose has been my favourite companion rather than Martha. I just feel that stories such as 'Blink' in Series 3 have been stronger compared to those in series such as Series 2. What do you think?
