Surprise Birthday Party

I am planning a surprise birthday party for my partner. She doesn't know it but I am flying in one of her good friends. THen we are going to my sons house where there is a pool and lots of fun. This is her 40 birthday and maybe her last birthday so I want to make it very special. She has Lou Gehrigs Disease and isn't doing very well right now. Any ideas on some fun and exciting things to do? Help!!!!!!

I think what you are doing is a very nice thing and your partner will love you for it. I think that if you get all her closest friends and family all to write a small 4 lined letter to her and put them in seperate envelopes then this will make it more special for her. I would love someone to do this for me,hope my idea helps.
