High click rate PTC sites will pay the money timely?

I have joined many ptc sites and working regularly for getting money online, I was watching these sites last 4 months and getting some small payout too, even then I have doubt about those site where I don't get or not reached yet the minimum payout amount, one of the site is giving $0.08 -$0.20 floating way on that site my account now reached $23.44, their payout is $40 now I am getting little nervous about my money payout, is these sites will give the money ontime? If anybody have any experience or any listened talks about high cpr with PTC sites, please give your opinion.
