Pray have been a habit for me. I will pray each day for my family, friends and the whole world.

it can be all the above for me. At times I have to force myself to take the time out to connect other times I do it at the same time (when I go to bed) other times I need the strength that comes from God and it can get very deep. My love is always deep tho
