be an employer or an employee

i am an employee for the longest time and i would love to have run my own business... apparently ihave known people who have ther own business once but choses to laid back and become an employee instead. what about you?

I believe that everyone would like to be his own boss. Even I would like to have my own business so that I will answer to no one. The problem with having you own business is that you have to put up a capital, the risk and management is your sole responsibility. These are the things would make one think twice in venturing into business that is why most people prefer to stay as employee. :)

really true..unlike being an employee your sole responsibilty is your own at least you dont need to think wider like the owner or the boss..

I don't mind being an employee; sometimes it's nice to let someone else worry about where the paychecks and the work will come from. But eventually I'd like to be working freelance fulltime (and make a decent salary to live on). I suppose that counts as becoming your own boss.

yeah it counts as long as nobody is bossing you around it counts...lols.. freelancer with a stable income is not bad idea at all...good luck to you..
