I don't think anything of it. If it's part of the culture then I have no problem with it.

There's a huge difference between killing something and eating it than there is with eating something while it is still alive. Hey, be an advocate for the monkeys but don't be coming down on me for not jumping on the "poor monkey" band wagon. In some countries they mutilate little girls. Where's your offense over that?

well actually I havent taken an offenicive or a defencive stance, it was u who did let me remind you by saying " its a part of their culture and I have no problem with it." I mearly asked u, if its ok for them to eat a monkey brain, so stop jumping to conclusions and read my statements more carefully next time.

Fine, but you could have worded it better. You may not have intended to be offensive, but it came off that way. Of course I think it is a horrible thing to do to an animal, but I sick and tired of us poking our noses into what other countries are doing and trying to change them into Little Americas.

I think that's just their culture. What I find worse is how farm animals are treated before they're eaten. Not that I'd imagine the dogs being eaten being treated as pets or anything, maybe they factory farm dogs too.

Well for me personally, I couldn't do it. But for the countries that do eat dogs, well its as normal for them as it is for me to eat chickens or cows! So, can't think badly of them for that! And I hope they don't think badly of me because of the animals that I eat.

I think it is cruel but it's life. That's their culture and there is no right to judge others. Here's an example: Indians find it weird that we eat beef even thought they have cows as pets. Americans usually judge chinese people for eatings cats and dogs and i find it disqusting and inhumane but that's their culture. As long as they don't bring their culture here, I'm fine.

I find it wierd but then eating any animal is weird really. I mean, who orginally looked at an animal and thought "im guna eat that"?! lol
