How do you Wash Your Rubber Shoes?

I only wear sneakers, so I wash it manually. First I soak them in a tub of water with soap for about an hour then i brush it all over using an old toothbrush. This practice assures me that my sneakers are thoroughly cleaned. I rinse them with water with fabric conditioner to protect the fabric of my sneakers then I put them in our roof so it will dry fast.

I do not have rubber shoes, I have boots for the winter, and there is polish that you put on them to clean the salt off of them.

I wash my tennis shoes in the washer and let them air dry. I do this throughout all the seasons.
