Which is easy to manage based on your opinion? Is it Male or Female subordinates? Based on my experienced, If you are Male, it is difficult to manage Female subordinates or staff. You can have a good relationships with them but, the urgency, tension, high voice, are already part of the job, and seems girls are easily get hurts when they heard a high tone of voice from their superiors, that cause them to cry or feel down. I was remembered that one time I have a joke with them and I didn't expect that they will get hurts with such jokes. The male staff on the other hand can be easily handled since we have the same gender and almost the same style, however, male staff when it comes to task is not consistent as compared to female, female can work continuously than male because male easily got bored. What is your opinion, experiences about this? Do you have some tips how to handle this efficiently? Thanks.
