COKE ZERO really dangerous???

it is true that coke zero contains aspartame right?(see engredient)..but one text message shock me when it says that coke zero is not good for our health because it contains aspartame(a anme for an artificail,non saccharide sweetener)..its been subject for controiversy regarding its safety and its negative effects such as headaches, brain tumors, brain lessions and lymphoma..is it rue?what can you say or advise..

For me it might as well be lethal. Any time I ingest anything with aspartame the effects are immediate. With one, maybe two swallows of a diet drink this is what happens to me.
First my tongue gets numb, then it starts to vibrate, the vibrations go all the way through my head and I start to get a massive migraine. My entire body gets cold and for the next several hours I'm a very miserable person.
I can't stand up because the vertigo is so bad it is like the entire world is tilted at an angle. Sometimes I literally feel like I'm standing sideways and my head is so heavy that I can hardly lift it up.
To say the effects for me are debilitation is putting it mildly.
I respond to artificial vanilla, and some artificial colors in much the same way.

I have eczema really bad, but that is a skin disease so I really don't know if it has any type of connection. I went to an allergies recently for it and he said that I'm just really super sensitive to it apparently, but they don't even have a test to see if I'm allergic, not that I really need one.
He did offer me a prescription for an epi pen but I said no thank you. I have known about my body's response to this stuff since I was a little kid and I know pretty much what to avoid. My family is very careful about it too. If it is diet I do not touch it and most stuff from the sweet side of the bakery like the cakes and cookies. Not to mention the stuff in the candy store, more and more of it has artificial stuff in it. I make my own from scratch using the real stuff. There are also a lot of it used in over the counter meds, like kids vitamins, so I read those labels often. I don't bring it into my house if I can help it.

aspartame aka nutrasweet.. is actually very toxic to some people, and not so obviously in others.. along with everything you listed.. you can add to that list obesity and the same symptoms of MS as well.. alot of people were confined to wheelchairs and wrongly diagnosed with having MS due to aspartame poisoning. ANY artificial sweeteners are rather dangerous.. regardless of what the manufacturers claim. go with good old fashioned natural sugar
