HI, I found a regular dvd recorder meant probably for a tv at a pawn shop and was wondering if there would be a easy way to hook it up to our Dell computer. I was hoping that this might inable us to record video on to a dvd. Am I going about this all wrong and just need to buy a dvd burner for the computer? How much are they? Thank you and God bless, leofa

yep, like said above, you'll have to make some kind of connection first in some way. and then you'll need some kind of software that is able to use the dvdrecorder on your pc. but there isn't any software for that or the ones who have written it haven't made it public. if your good with programming and computers, you could be able to do this all by yourself... but most of the times it takes hackers of some kind. the 'software' on the dvdrecorder itself may give some problems too. it could be difficult to go around that.

Hi Leofa, I think u can't hook it directly... There isn't a possible way to connect a DVD recorder to TV and jus copy wateva u want... U need a sfotware to enable this feature which is not been built till date... Regards, Dannie
