can't understand my co-worker

..hoa.. I have a co-worker whom I can't comprehend.. sometimes, she acts as if she's my boss when in fsact she's not.. she readily assumes the place of our boss when the boss is out.. she even gets angry with us while our own boss says nothing.. she easily reacts more than our own boss.. i find it stressful to work with her the wholeday..

hi raynejasper, Is your coworker more close to you boos or senior to you this might be the case.
IF your boss is out, dont let her give a chance to tell things. some or other day make a joke or some funny statment on her behavior, (not insulting but should say with a smile on your face) such as "here comes our boss" some time say that " you must be dreaming that you have become our boss, (add a point) yu are capable of becoming"
only do this if your boos has not asked her to "keep an eye on you all"

..nice advise.. you know, all of us in the office are already getting rattle dby her.. Actually, she doesn't have any real friend in our office because everybody has something bad to tell about her...

Well this happens, even i have problems with co-workers who behave strange and i get stress in trying to understand why they are and what is wrong with them.
