When I am stressed I will usually play violent video games on the X-box and slaughter all things that get in my way,especially on games such as Halo,Halo 2 and Hitman:Blood Money,because when I slaughter people it makes me feel less stressed.

When i am stressed, i usually take a cold shower, then listen to music and watching movies..i don't like talking with anyone when i am stressed..i also prefer to play online games also and surfing on net..

if i dont have the budget to go to the spa i take a shower and use a camomille body wash. i always save that for a not so good day. it keeps me feel okay. i also grab a good cup of coffee and watch a good movie on the dvd. i always watch something funny so i can forget how stressed i am. i make sure i am sitting in a comfy chair and enjoying. i also take a bite of a chocolate if i feel stress

we're getting a massage chair this week! thanks for your tips, i might also consider that chamomile body wash you're talking about. i had the chance to find out how chamomile smelled like and yeah, it's relaxing! have a nice day!

going to the gym was something i stopped because of my hectic schedules but i will surely make a way to go back to the gym. i miss weight lifting and joining other programs they offer. thanks!

I will listen to soft gentle music, that does not have vocals or voices. I will go outside where it is quiet to. I love silence, it heals my stress better than noisy areas. Sometimes, I will take a nap, and just sleep my stress off.

i was thinking of the same thing! yesterday i bought cds of "sounds of nature" and it's very relaxing. on top of that, i headed to the spa for relaxation, played the "sounds of nature" with my ipod and i was really relaxed. thank you so much! Ü

Hello friend. When I am stressed, I usually surf the Internet, go to my favorite and quiet dam to relax my stressed mood. Or I sleep without desiring to see anyone.

I usually go on silent mode when I'm under stress. I'd be oblivious to everything around me like am in some vacuum. My friends at work would easily notice it so they would rather leave me alone which is just fine with me.

i used to watch drama but it just gets me more stressed. lol.. i've recently watched a documentary and a study showed that when a person is stressed and watches drama, he becomes more stressful as compared to one that watched comedy because it makes one more relaxed. thanks for your insights! Ü

when i am stressed, my favorite thing to do is clean. not just a wipe down i mean i put on my gloves and get out all my cleaning supplies and i go to work and by the time io am finished my house looks so good and i feel so much better and relieved.

i smoke, a lot. and apparently (at least according to my family lol) i cuss like a sailor LOL! occasionally i give washing the dishes a try, but more often than not i end up dropping things over and over, which of course makes me madder, which makes me cuss, then i go smoke another cig.

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

When i am stressed, i prefer to have a cold shower..sitting alone listening to music or watching movies.. i also prefer to surf on net but don't like talking with anybody..actually all depends on mood at that time..

wel for me..the only way was take a shower then have a sleep.:) that would be to relax our body even just for a while.:) THat could help..haha..
