When buying fish following points are an indication of freshness 1.The flesh should feel firm and the tail be quite stiff. 2.The eyes should be bright and not sunken in the head. 3.The gill should be red and the body be covererd with a natural slime or plenty of scales

Hi, roshand! I think it was yesterday or the other day that I came across another post where a mylot member was wondering why the topic about "fish" does not seem to be popular at all here. Then I come across your post that does seem to agree with the other mylotter's observation. I know about the fish gill and about how the flesh should be firm, and that the eyes should be bright, but I am grateful that you mentioned the eyes should also not be sunken because this I didn't know. Do you celebrate the Christmas holidays, friend? We do, and even if you don't, I would like to take this opportunity to greet and wish you the best of the season. Greetings!
