Looking for the title of a childrens story that was on record - 33

Hello, I looking for a record with a childrens story on it, but don't know the title. It was about this girl learning her french lessons when she falls alseep and starts to dream. "Oh dear it's getting late now" In the dream she meets these different charaters along the way. The only things I can remember is that she bumps into a frog who says "comment ca va" constantly. Then she meets up with a pig who takes her to a restaurant. When she orders pigs knuckles, the pig gets so mad she gets chased out of the restaurant. There is also a song that I remember - (don't know how to spell the word) it went ...'polytesca' pretty polytesca, polytesca I am so polite. Does anyone know the title of this album???
