MAC, WINDOWS Or Linux - Which one do you choose.

No MAC user or Linux so far?
How come?
I thought MAC is more reliable than windows...
I'm using Windows vista and want to invest some money in MAC, but I'm doubtful to do so before some research...

I use Linux. It has the best security, reliability, customization, and is unintelligible to idiots, just the way I like my software.
I game on Linux. There's this FPS called Urban Terror, it's cross-platform for windows and Linux.
The best OS is very debatable. I personally think it's FreeBSD, because it hasn't had (or needed) a security patch in at least 8 years.

i guess its subjective...
everyone has his own desires...but i would choose windows just because of the majority of applications and games for it...and also that i know it much better than others..

all three are competitive and have thier own strong points....
but i am using only windows XP still now...
linux was good but doesnt have all drivers and games...
i havent tried mac os...so cant comment on it

Linux doesn't have all drivers and games?
But it can run "Windows" application including games right?
I wonder MAC or Windows is more popular...

Vista?
I am using Vista.
It is much more better than XP.
Vista is slower?
It is not Vista's problems.
It is your hardware problems.
Promoter at Computer store said XP is better?
It's because they have a lot of unsold XP cds...
If they do not sell it, they will lost an amount of money...

I use my Mac for any graphical things, Photoshop, Quark, the iLife Suite (GarageBand especially). I use my PC mainly for word editing, and use linux when I want to get a free game of something on the web. They have a free office suite, Open Office, and many free programs, so if you want a bunch of free programs that work as well or better than their expensive rivals, Linux is the way to go. I can not stand Vista, So If I got a computer with Vista, I would certainly downgrade to XP. I would rather live with Windows 98 instead of Vista. (Maybe 95, if it was my only resort. I love my mac, because it works so much faster, open documents faster, and is more user friendly. The only problem I see with Mac os X and every other mac operating system is the compatibility issues with the pcs, especially on the subject of programs, more for the PC, less for the mac, and way less of them for Linux.

At last someone with MAC...
So it means Windows is the best even they copied MAC actually if you know the history...
Well me myself use window...
But, I see a lot of successful designer or Internet Marketeer, they use MAC laptop...
And that's make me wonder what is so special about mac?
I'm trying to window shoping for MAC and it's very-very "neat" and yes faster...
Vista is very RAM hunger...I've used it and downgrade? No, my style is with the latest version...

I use Windows XP coz user friendly and a good GUI.
although Linux will definately take over Windows.
