What's Your Rank In MyLot????

Hello! Does anyone here belongs to the top members here in myLot? How do these rankings determined? I have seen a user having 824 posts already and myLot say "ranked 6,319 out of 22,265".. On the other hand, i ranked i think "1,951 out of 22,265"..... The other user has far larger total number of posts than me, but why did I rank higher than him? Is it based on the posts or your performance?

Hi, psalm. I believe that is determined by your participation in that particular category. I know I answer a lot more discussions under "myLot" than most other posts, and my ranking has gone from something like 21,000 out of 22,000 to 1,000 out of 22,000 since I started in myLot. (I just used those numbers as an example. I don't know what it is exactly right now. I guess I'll find out what it is once I post this!)
The other number is the number of myLotters who have chosen that category in their "Interests" section. If you're 1,951 out of 22,265, you are more active in that specific category than most of the others.
I may be wrong, because I'm never sure about anything here in myLot (
