My darling little cat...

...likes to go on window ledges and watch the world go by. She has obviusly been doing just that this afternoon becuse when i came home i found the rubbish bin in the brdoom (left near to the one of the windows) was on its side with half the contents of it strewn around that part of the room. The darling little thing had obviously jumped off the window and knocked the bin over, or possibly even rummaged through the bin (not sure what for as there' no food gets put in there) and made a right mess! What mischief has your little darling been up to today?

My 1 1/2 yr old dog had a habit of getting in the trash can and get paper out and tear it all up. Hopefully he has stopped that now. My cat likes to get out on the patio and either curl up in a chair or on the lounger and do what she does best, sleep and snore. hahaha Right now I am dog sitting my daughters two dogs so there is so much mischief going on between all of them. So, I have in my house right now my 14 yr old cat, my 1 1/2 yr old dog, my daughters 7 1/2 yr old and just turned 3 yr old dogs. At least they all get along real well.

Hi there, my darling has been unplugging the refrigerator. We are having a heat spell and several times I have found the refrigerator to be off. Finally my husband bought a different kind of plug and we think we have the problem solved. It is kind of hard to keep food fresh when you find the refrigerator off 3 to 4 times a day. :)

Wow, that is a clever cat unplugging the fridge, but i can see if would be very annoying for you. Mne has been known to escape closed doors before.

Yes, she is pretty clever. She also likes to balance herself on the top edge of the back of chairs. If she could balance herself on top of a string, I think she would. I like the idea of teaching them to get out a door. My cats live inside and if there ever was a fire and I was not home, I definitely would want them to get out. Hopefully that will never happen, though. Cats are so cute. They are fun to watch. They do the most delightful things (usually). :)

My little Shakti woke me up this morning by nibbling on one of my fingers, and my husband's little Mysti woke him up meowing to get her belly rubbd. Both ubby and I dreamed o a house ull o lots and lots and lots of little kittens, last night. We found it odd that we'd dream about the same thing, even though I'm in Onario and he's in AZ. LOL

That is strange that you both has the same dream even with you being so far apart! I often dream about cats and kittens.

I have too many "little darlings" to ever know who has done what. I do have trouble with the dogs in the trash can though. Usually its the tiny female chihuahua who convinces the big german shepherd to knock it over for her. I don't know how she does it, must be the way she flirts and wags her tail at him I guess.

No mischief... it's too hot for mischief. Furthermore, since it is the 4th of July around here, and fireworks are LEGAL, I fear my cats being outside and getting spooked. This is the time of year for the highest rate of animal/pet run-aways, and it's mostly due to the fireworks.

not much he stays pretty busy staying out of the way of the dog. He does like to open doors and attempts great escapes outdoors, but mommy does not let him do that so he has to contend with watching the world from the window. I open the door so he can sit on the ledge and smell all the cool smells from the screened window.

Maxine who is the newest member of our family is a quiet cat.We barely hear her meow,is it normal?Anyways....When I wake up this morning, she almost emptied the pack of whiskas (nibbles)and scattered some on the kitchen floor.I wanted to give her a spank but it's not her fault. The spank should go to the husband who forgets his responsibility-and that is to give her food before sleeping.

My cat also likes to watch the wolrd go by. And of course my day wouldn't be complete is she didn't knock fw plants on the floor. I'd live with that really. If the plats weren't freshly watered. Earth is easy to clean from the carpet. Mud... Not so much. I need to remember that I adore my cat. Otherwise I might hurt her. A lot. LOL
