Okay let me tell you a little story. Has anyone ever gone into a store and found the cutest little red shoes (I say red because that's my favorite color) and didn't buy them just because they knew that they would kill their feet? Well, I ended up buying them after a week or so, and let me tell you they are killing my feet!!! Does anyone know the quickest and easiest way to break in brand new shoes?

Other than just walking in them, no. You might try a pair of shoe stretchers, wooden gizmos that go into the shoes to help them keep their shape and maybe stretch them just a little bit. Maybe that would make them easier on your feet:) Red shoes are the best :)

Red shoes rock!!! Thanks alot for the tips. I already have those wooden gizmos in my shoes just trying to hope to stretch them, it kills me though because they are soooooo cute.

I love those stretcher gizmos. I bought a great pair of shoes that were supposed to be in my size but they were just a tad short, so I put them stretchers in there and worked them into a better fit

Some shoes just don't end up getting broken in. I have never had this happen to me luckily. But fancier shoes sometimes are just going to stay that way...hate to break it to you. I wish you luck though!

Thanks for the info. I'll just keep wearing them with bandages on my heels...ouch but lol

unfortunately I cannot sympathize with you here. I have small feet for a man (size 8) and finding shoes that I like and that are comfortable are quite a chore. I can literally spend hours trying to find shoes I like but have no luck and will have to try another time another day. because of this difficulty i do not buy shoes that do not feel comfortable from the start. I did one time buy shoes that just fit ok based on not wanting to mess around and "waste" any more time looking for shoes. i suffered for this and after a few days had to go out again and look for shoes that fit well that I liked. My best suggestion is to buy a pair of shoes thatfits and is comfortable-
