Do you believe that our dreams really mean anything?

what about dreams you have over and over again, also would you say that a dream that also disturbs you during the day is a dream that has something important to tell you?
I have been having some very much disturbing dreams for a while now, some good some bad, but very vivid dreams. would you say vivid dreams are more likely to have meanings than dreams that are less clear?

I believe very strongly that all dreams, no matter how detailed or not, have some significant meaning behind them. I know that you could find some books at your local library giving you insight as to what your specific dreams mean. I can almost guarantee that there are some websites out there to look into. I hope everything works out and you find peace with your sleeping habits.

Thank you I too think that dreams mean things, just have to find out what it is.
and thanks for hoping I have peace in my sleep, I think I would if I would quit dreaming about someone I should not be dreaming about since I am already married, lol
and some of these dreams are so real it is unnerving, it's like I am really there, and these would be good dreams except one little bitty thing, I'm very much married and not looking to get unmarried, lol
well hopefully i will figure this out soon.
