Yes I always like to believe that garlic does lowers bp because I am supportive of natural medicine. I don't have problems with my bp but many of my friends and relatives do. I've told them to use garlic but they say it does not really help them or maybe they are not really doing religiously. How about you, can you depend the effectiveness of garlic based on first hand experience?

Garlic has an effect on your blood pressure but not right away.Taking garlic for a time definitely has a good effect.I always cook with garlic and other herbs for a long time and i am really experiencing the goodness..cheers.

Garlic Lowers blood pressure but,not right away you should have garlic day to day. But,don't assume that you can just have a little garlic in your meals and not adhere to any other advice.Garlic also acts like an antibiotic and reduce the risk of certain types of cancer.I value natural medicines..cheers..
