Does USA have the right to attack any country saying there is WMD?

I admire USA for what it achieved but when it comes to be the guardian of the earth I dont really like what they do. They should take care of the big problems they have home. They have a beautiful country and they should try to make it better instead of attracting the hate and bad feelings from those who US gave some "help" for being free. As long as they live as they do I don't think they should be forced to live different. Anyway, look at Iraq and Afghanistan, the poor soldiers are just dieing there but the locals still live as they used to.

No, that's just a George W tactic. Most Americans feel we should keep our noses out of the business of other countries.

I don't think they do especially when it turns out that they didn't exist in the first place and it was just an excuse to attack.
