how to set outlook express when i creat a new email or reply emails / myLot

so that i don't have to write 'Dear...' at the beginning and 'B.regards,sophia' at the end every time coz i have to reply to a lot of emails every day and if they can be set by default,i can save time. looking forward to your reply

You can create a signature to end your emails... but not a "Dear" to begin your emails. Go to Tools/options/signatures

thanks for your reply.it does help.in fact it has no difference between beginning and end coz i can make a signature 'dear best regards,sophia' and insert the content into it.
