Sounds that you do online business on ebay and you've send your doll bear whose name is Rufus. He will miss you i guess. Glad that he's got a new home.

Yes I sell some of my crafts online and on ebay. Rufus is the first bear I have ever made. I am working on my second one now.

It is not as hard as you think. You can find teddy bear patterns on the net for free. I use several different patterns now. And all kinds of fabrics. If you can sew by hand then you can make bears.

Thanks. The bears take about 2-3 days of working on and off on them provided I have everything I need for them. I am going to have to order some new joints soon but the place I get them from ships really fast so that is good. I still have some of another kind of joint so I can still make bears while I wait.

Rufus is made out of recycled plush fur. Believe it or not I took apart one of my daughter's stuffed dogs and took it apart piece by piece and cut my pattern out of the pieces and put him together. My next bear is made from regular cotton material and he has a special feature. I will have him finished and ready to list on Monday.

Congrats to you! It's a great feeling when you sell something handmade. I'm glad you're happy with the money you made for it and I'm sure the buyer will be happy with it. Handmade is sooo much better than the mass-produced "stuff" the stores sell, and he is a very cute bear!!

WOW! Not a bad price for a handcrafted bear at all. Congrats again on the sale.

He is very cute! You did a very nice job. Have you tried selling on etsy.com? That website is SPECIFICALLY for handmade items such as yours. You will probably make more of a profit than you would on greedyfeepay and you may make more money too
