I've gotta lose weight!

I'm a male. I'm 6 feet tall and I weight 192 pounds. I plan to reduce my weight to 180 pounds by the end of July. Do you think it's possible? Then what can I do to lose weight significantly?

Good luck! I'm not too sure what that is in kilograms but I'm also dieting at the moment, I'm getting married in September and what to look at my best. I've cut out a lot of carbohydrate as I was eating far too much bread in particular, I've also started running which has to help surely!

Losing weight will most likely be pretty easy for you because you are a guy. Since guys have more muscle mass naturally they lose faster than women. If you up your exercise and cut out soft drinks and sweets(if you eat and drink them anyway), you will probably lose most of what you want within a month. If you make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day, and add weight training if you aren't already doing it, you will lose even faster and be healthier in the process. You could also watch the starchy carbs such as pasta, potatoes, and bread. You wouldn't need to cut them drasticlly, just slow down on them. Don't go overboard trying to lose quickly. If it takes 3 months it will still be gone! Good luck.

That will do you well health wise, with technology today, we are increasingly getting sedentary, so doing exercie and property dietary observance will keep down your weight-so if you want my oppinion, I think it is very possible

So you only have to lose 12 pounds? That should be an easy task for you. If you don't have an ideal time to lose the weight you will definitely lose the weight faster. Now if you had a deadline, sometimes that seems impossible to do, but I know you'll be able to lose the weight. Good luck, man.
