Early morning withourt brushing drinking tea/coffee is bad.....

Many people have this habbit of drinking coffee or tea soon after getting up and drnking coffeee or tea without brushing teeth is really bad isn't it? many of them don't know this and theys ay they get charged up early morning by doing so...what do you all think about this here?

Can you tell me why it is bad for me to drink my morning coffee before I brush my teeth?
I do know drinking tea and coffee can stain the teeth, and they both contain calcium which is good for strenthening the teeth.
I can brush my teeth before I go out and after drinking coffee, so I go out with fresh breath and clean teeth. If I brush my teeth before I drink my coffee it makes the coffee taste bad. Also I would be going out with 'coffee breath'.
I will continue to enjoy my first coffee of the day and I won't be brushing my teeth first.
