Remember the times when your parents forced you to sleep when you were still a child? Remember the times that you will go outside and play instead of sleeping in the afternoon when your parents told you to do so? when you cried just not to sleep and play instead. i miss those times now that i'm working. don't get the impression that i'm lazy ok. becuase i'm not. i just realized that we need 8 hours of sleep to rest and recupirate properly but getting 5 hours of sleep for me is already a luxury. maybe that's the reason why i feel like i'm growing old faster. lol. how i wish i could still have those nap every now and then. now i realize the importance of sleeping and nothing beats the feeling of waking up on a sunday morning knowing that you don't need to go to work and feeling fully energized because you finally had a very good long sleep that you missed during the weekdays. have a good day everyone and sleep tight to those who will be sleeping:)

sleep is definatly a luxery in my life now, having 2 small children, 1 of which is very hyperactive and sleeps for only 4 hours a night, makes it virtually impossible to get a good nights sleep, i have learned to survive on the litle sleep i do get but more would be divine lol!

that's why i adore mothers who can fit all their schedules every single day. that's part of being a parent i guess.

This is a nice topic. Especially for us, working people. People who works from at least 8 hours to 12 hours a day. And surely, Sundays is the only time to have a great sleep. It also goes for me dudz...

You are by know means lazy because you recognize that you physiologically need sleep. The human body was designed to sleep. Sleeping is really an investment in yourself. When you are well-rested, you can meet your work, family, and personal obligations and perform at your highest level. People depend on you, so you should take care of yourself!

I feel like sleep is a luxury to me. But only during weekdays. During the weekends I'm catching up on my sleep and aways sleep at least 10 hours. Makes me feel rested and prepared for not sleeping more than 5 hours during weekdays :)
