Finally got another survey to approve on surveyspot.

I did about 20 surveys or so on surveyspot. Probably spent a total of an hour and a half if you add up all the time I spent on their surveys. Out of all the surveys I did, I finally got two to approve. Each for $3. One is already on my "unclaimed" rewards, and the other approved today for another $3 which will take upto "4-6 weeks" or well, that's what they say! My question is, is there a way to raise my minimum payout? As much as I love the thought of finally receiving payout from surveyspot, I don't want to get $6, then get money taken out of the check(which they actually should pay for.) and make about $4 something. It almost makes it seem like my efforts were a waste. *siigh* So from those who have recieved payments from surveyspot, was money taken out of your check? Is there a way to raise the minimum payout, and do you know if they will be going with paypal anytime soon? That way I can get my full amount & it's much easier to transfer over to my bank! Plus, I think with a check of less then $6 there might be a chance that I have to actually pay money to have the check even put into my bank. Grr. Just really annoying, or well. I think so anyways. I thought their minimum payout was higher!

ive been a member with surveyspot for a few years now. and no you cant raise the minimum payout amount,..however you DONT HAVE to request a payout once you reach the $5.00 minimum. you can just let it build up for a couple of months, thats what i usually do. also, ive never had them take ANY AMOUNT out of the check for "processing" or whatever. nor have i ever had a problem with depositing and clearing their checks. i agree paypal would be faster and less hassle, especially since i hate going to the bank, but as far as i know, they dont have any plans to offer paypal anytime soon. they ARE a great paying survey site though! and the legit ones seem few and far between, so even though you arent overly pleased with them, dont let them go..they REALLY DO PAY!

Thanks for the information! I actually sadly figured out shortly after making this discussion that it doesn't automatically send out the money once you hit the minimum payout & you can accumulate it until you see fit to request it. I think i'll request it around $35 or so. I know it may take a while but it's better then getting a check for $6 & then getting fees taken out to cut the check and receiving like. $3. Do you have payment proofs I could look at? I like being sure that i'm not wasting my time. I've heard people say they've been paid but i've never seen an actual payment proof. Lol, =P No plans to offer paypal, eh? Well that's disapointing. It's sooo much easier to do things through paypal.

I love surveyspot! I have recieved a six dollar check from them, and I just checked my account and I have $9 dollars approved. I think it's a great survey company, and I wish they had a refferal program...but unfortunately they don't.

Oh I forgot to add that I have been a member for about 2 1/2 months, and they really do pay. I hope you get more surveys, sometimes I just do all the surveys available for the day and even if I don't qualify they give you the game to play, but I think they send more to people to participate more.

I actually get a lot of them, I just suck when it comes to qualifying for them though, apparently! That, and some are just boring to me! haha, but yeah. I would love to see proof of your check! The more the merrier. I reallyy don't want to do all this work and find out i've been wasting my time! haha, =P What do they take out when it comes to receiving the check? Or did you request Six dollars, and get six dollars? =P

survey spot really does stink I have got maybe five dollars from them plus all this rward crap, they do not take anything out of your check but they do not pay much either, mysurvey is a much better bet as everytime yuou make a 1000 points they send you ten dollars and it only takes a coupleof months to make that much aand it comes to you really quickly too.

i am not a member of that survey site but am a member of quite a few others, mainly british ones, i have nearly given up with them tho becuase after answering nearly all the questions they tell me i am not what they are looking for and pay me nothing for the work i have put it there, so im inclined now to ignore the emails they send as i think it is a waste of my time. i am currently registering with pinecone research tho, i have heard nothing but good things about them but its hard to fine a banner, i got a referal link from a friend and am now just waiting for them to accept me (im hoping they do lol!) i hope you get your earnings sorted tho hun and that you dont have to pay them anything as that is totally unfair. good luck xxx

I heard this name surveyspot, they may asking money for taking membership for minimum amount, I don't joined with that, but I have been joined 4 survey sites where is free to join that sites, I got many surveys with globaltestmarket and now my accont added the points around 500, their minimm payout points are 1000 equel to $50. So every site have their minimum payout you need to wait for the amount some time, Now I decided to leave these all survey sites because they takes a lot of time and getting nothing for that, if you spend that much time with mylot, you may get more money earnings and good reputation with mylot too. Good luck for your future earnings.

Hi LouiWpHs04! Yay, finally a thread of yours I can respond to. LOL I have done many surveys for them and as of yet. Unlike some others, I have been saving up my money in my account because I am one of the few people that wants to do a W9 with a company. I love having this tax info on my files about me so in two more years when I buy a home, I have proof of income over the years and my interest rates, etc. will be much lower. It does bother me there is a processing fee for each check cut to a person, but it's a good gig they have on making more money to cover their costs. :D

I just got a check from surveyspot for $49 today. You don't have to cash out until you want to. It just says you have to have a minimum of 5 dollars in order to request your money. You can wait til you have 100 dollars and then request it.I waited til I had more money in my account to cash in and they do NOT take out a processing fee to send you a check. i got my full amount. I also did another survey from them for 35 dollars which I am also expecting soon. It is definately worth the time.
