Back to school shopping - have you started?

I have noticed that the stores are starting with their fall clothes already! Ugh I really hate how they rush the seasons. LOL I thought about this last night because my oldest gave her youngest a backpack that she didn't use last year, naturally after she begged for it. But then she was too cool for a backpack, oh the joys of starting middle school. Now this year she wants one, pink no less. This was the child that that in 5th grade hated pink! My youngest was thrilled because it was the style of backpack she wanted. I have lots of school supplies that I bought on clearance at Target and Walmart last year to start with (glue, pencils, crayons, etc.) So hopefully I won't need to buy much. I do need to get lunch boxes, since my girls do take their lunch quite a bit, they did wear out their bags. I remember when we use to use lunch bags, but now a days with trying to keep a drink cold, a brown paper bag doesn't cut it. I know one thing, I will buy the oldest's backpack first and then we will take them to the store to look for lunchboxes that will fit into the backpack. Last year my 7 year olds was from the Disneystore and it hooked on, that was nice.
