i would say BUBBLES because he is under water and they mae bubbles from their mouths sometimes when they open up.

How does your fish looks like? what color? what kind and by spilling the details will help us picture how your fish looks and what name would best decribe it. But a suggestion, you can name yor pet with a NAME that suppose to be for cats (because we knew cat and fish doen't blend together well unless they were already eaten by those cats) so SYLVESTER would be nice name. LOL
