What some people will do to fill up the gas tank, GROSS!

That was a nasty sort of joke, ersmommy. But, yes. I would imagine that at one time or another nearly every type of wealth has been exchanged for services rendered. Including, most likely, food stamps. This story, however, is of particular interest because of the current gas shortage.

While I would love to say this woman must've been really desperate to do such a thing and I'm sure she had no alternative, I just don't think that's the case. I can't condone it like that. It's not like things got this bad over night, and while I know a lot of people are having a really hard time, I'm just not sure it's bad enough to break the law for $100 of gas.

Well the good thing is that they got caught, so it can't happen again. This does remind me of the woman who worked for a gas station and was giving her friends and family gas for $0.01 cent a gallon she was caught and charged. She gave out over $40,000 in gas and products.

I know that everyone is probably looking at Ms. Eversole as a bad person, selling her body for gas money, but I just think this whole situation is sad. We live in a society where its become necessary to go to these lengths to get gas money.

I am sorry but, operating without an occupational license? They make it seem like someone could get an occupational license for something like that. As to the story you started this discussion about, that is just sad. I am sure there are plenty of people out there who are doing it to fill the tank, they just normally do not get a gas card.

I just want to know if it was service with a smile. LOL

He should come around my town and he could have gotten the same thing for a twenty dollar gas card. He paid way too much!
