I am writing again about referral exchanges. If two people are exchanging their sites for ads clicking, that should be obeyed both the parties. Some people offered me such exchanges. I joined as their down line, but they didn't.Irequest them not to do like that. Further I will join as down line for some body joining after they join first to me.

I'm so sorry to hear that people promised you to exchange referrals and then backed out. I have done exchanges in the past but stopped because the sites that were referred to me turned out to be scams. And if I exchange every time, then I'd have several hundred sites that I would not be able to keep track of.
I would suggest picking out a few good sites and concentrate on getting referrals for them. You can always add some more sites after you have built a downline for the first ones. It will also help to check out the person you are dealing with, if you still want to exchange referrals.
