Can anyone explain PayPerPost to me?

I've looked at the website and can't really figure out what one has to do to get paid.
Would I have to establish my own online blog? Is that what it is about? I don't have a blog nor do I really want one. Does that mean I can't use that site to earn money for writing reviews of products or opinion pieces?
I'm confused.

I'm afraid I can't help you, but I've been wanting to find out about this as well, and I visited the website but couldn't quite figure it out either. I was actually a bit put off by the website to be honest as it has the same kind of layout and style as some of the scam sites that I've seen, but I don't think it is a scam as I'm sure I've seen that some people here have been using it.
So I'm also hoping that you'll get some answers from people who know this site.

I believe they pay. I've met someone who reports getting decent income from them. That's why I was checking into it. I hope someone can enlighten us!
