I just wonder, how would you guys would distinguish distinguish DREAM, DAYDREAM AND REALITY and please give an example. Seemed like I heard some that they would say that one is not living in real world and is an escapist. What can you say about this in relation to topic raised. I would truly appreciate response.

Well dreaming, to me, is more of a subconscious thing when you are sleeping. And daydreaming is that you are aware of your surroundings, but it's more like tuning everything out. And so reality is a full state of awareness. Some may argue that real life is actually the made up portion of our lives. Go watch the movie 'Waking Life'. It's really interesting.

Well buddy let me tell that there is a lot of differnece between Dreaming, daydreaming and reality.
firstly i would start with Dreaming
It is basically happened when you are asleep and it is basically the thing that happens in your subconsious mind it is the reflection of it as a whole it is just like a deep wish so it pops up there when you asleep.
secondly Daydream is another thing that happens when you are in consious mind that mean when you are not sleeping, it is just like "Body present and mind absent"
Now it is raelity where what you see and what you feel and what you get and what you are actually doing and who are you and what kind of a person you are, all these things come under reality.
Hope You got the diff correctly.
Happy Mylottinng.
