I almost daydream everyday, sometimes during work when it's not busy or after work when I have nothing to do. I always daydreaming about life. If I have a rich dad then I don't need to work. Or if i manage to get marry with a rich boyfriend then I also don't need to work, lol. I daydream if one day I become rich then I just need to busy with my shopping, traveling, and etc. This is called daydreaming, dreams that never come true. This is not really true, sometimes daydream will make us more motivated to move forward to achieve our dreams. How about you? Do you take some time to daydream? What do you daydream about? Please tell me more about daydreaming....

Day dreaming is a good thing! I read somewhere that day dreaming actually forces our brains to think about what we really want and makes it start thinking of way ts to make it happen! I try to day dream every day and then use the way I talk to express my need to have the dreams become a reality. I also use visualization to see what it would be like to have those dreams come alive. It is really fun! Way better then work could ever be!

Yes, you are right. When we daydream, we are using our brain to think of what we really want in our life. After we find out something we want, we can start to plan and move towards our aims. It's good thing we daydream, but just make sure we don't daydream until we lose our concentration on the things we should focus on,that's it. Thanks for your response. I really appreciate that.

yes because i live in constant pain and when i dream, i have no pain, but when i am awake, i am in pain all the time due to severe arthritis in my knees which makes it hard to do pretty much anything.
