Regarding Tags

I want to know how meny tags we have defined.. I required a list.. do anybody know where will you get it.. I want to syncronise it... or re-arrange it.. Discuss with me..

Yes.. I knwo it.. But I need to get a List of Tags.. whatever i created.. Because I have created 10 to 11 tags.. Now i forgotten some of them.. How can i recollect it?
