New site - are you a member, what is your opinion?

I ran across this new site just now, called paytc.net. It has a low payout and seem to have lots of ads (when one look at the surf ads without being logged in, at least).
The thing is that I have my doubts. I joined a site called buxtc a while ago. It paid in euros and I thought it was great, I promoted it, got a few referrals and got paid really quickly. However, then the site disappeared and then my payout was refunded due to fraud by buxtc...
So, this new site doesn't exactly have the same layout, but it has got euros on the layout (even though it pays in dollars) and it is called somewhat similar paytc.net instead of buxtc.net. I just got this feeling that it is the same..
What do you think? Are you a member? Do you think I should take my "hunch" seriously? What are your thoughts about joining this site?

I saw it too (probably in the same place as you did 
) but I was not inspired. I didn't like that 'tc' bit either. Nope I won't be there (not yet anyway
