Which brand of fountain pen do you like?

If you are a collector of fountain pens like me, you may have a favorite brand of fountain pen you like best. I usually like the higher end fountain pens although the Pilot Varsity disposable is not bad for under $10.00 (US dollars). Some of the more famous fountain pen makers, like Mont Blanc, for instance, cost a lot, but are very enjoyable to write with. I really like Namiki pens. There is one pen in their line that I really, really like but always thought it was too expensive. It is called the Nightline. It has gone up in price over the years and is no longer even available in the original version. I am sorry that back when the price was lower I did not scrape up the money to buy it. Do you have a favorite brand of fountain pen?

Mont Blanc makes the most comfortable fountain pens I've tried. Unfortunately, it is also among the more costly. Using a real fountain pen is a special treat in which I rearly engage. It involves an age-old ritual--procuring the ink, filling the barrel, stroking the individual letters with precision and joy. I think I'll go find one of my fountain pens. . . .

Bic Clear - This is my favorite
The Bic Clear is my favorite however I do like the others especially the ones with the rubber on the end which makes it easier to hold for long periods of time. I like Bic because it's smooth and doesn't smear as easily, even when wet.
