Hard to apologize to a friend?

If you have argument with your friend over something, who do the first move to apologize? is it you? or you will wait for him/her to do it? Well, I'm just wondering, because for me, I will wait till the time I am ready to ask apology, even if I am the offended party or the offending one.
What about you? It;s really hard to ruin a friendship.

In friendship if you know that you do or say something that will hurt another it is best you apologies. If it is me who was the one wrong then I will apologies immediately. If is my friend and she does not feel enough to apologies then I just move on. Sometimes one will consider a person to be friend best of friends but the another will only acknowledge you to be friends and whenever he/she hurt one's feelings does not see the reason to apologies.

Well, If I was the one who offended somebody, I would apologize to him or her immediately but if I was the one offended, It takes time for me to accept an apology.

i think its hard to appologize at first but that they are more forgiving in the end.

That's right!! But when I am offended, it takes time for me to heal and that takes time also for me to accept an apology when I am deeply hurt. But I really do.. it just takes time.

I don't find it hard. Especially if I was the one that was out of line or over the top. I've reacted oddly out of character before and that sucked. The hardest time to apologize was after I viciously beat down my friend physically. I felt like a jerk after that. But he did go too far with with language and words.

Oh!!! that is awful beating a friend physically? lol. that is hard. Well, sometimes we can hardly control our temper when we hear sharp words too. Well, it can be fixed if one of you is willing to accept the mistake and ask forgiveness.
