why do some people have stars by their names/

and i don't, I was just wondering, also what do the stars and numbers mean, are these good things to have or not good things to have, I would like to have a star by my name if it is a good thing, but if it is not then I don't want a star, so how do you get stars beside your name here, is there some place to go catch a star and put it by your name? since you have 100 posts now you will have your star in a sec hahaha...and a anukber on it... congrats!!!!

ooo I just got a star I have a red star is that a good thing, it has a nine on it that's my first star, thanks for responding to me by the way, now I have to get ready to go, take my hubby to the doctor because he is sick, and I need to go by and get my avon order because I started selling avon the other day, I even managed to get an online store but I need to figure out exactloy how that works maybe i will figure out how to soon. I have a lot of things i need to be doing including cleaning house, but right now I am doing nothing much..
