Freezing trawberrie

I just recently froze strawberries and pulled them out today and found them freezer burnt and they are very sour now./ I am wondering what the reason for this is?

They were probably still wet when you put them in the freezer. Did you completely dry them and get all of the air out of the bag before freezing?

yuk. i dont know maybe they werent wrapped well enough. but, i wouldnt eat them if i were you. i always heard freezer burn can hurt your stomach.
