anyone just buy a house or going to?

I just bought a hose 3 weeks ago and moved in 1 week ago, it's so exciting. I would have never thought that by the age of 25 i'd own my own home. you know how when you were a kid and people ask you, would do you want to accomplish when you get older? well owning my own home was on my list but never thought it'd really happen. here's a picture of it.

That's really a great achievement for you. AT a young age you have your own house. It is more greater if you are single and have your own house, lol. Anyways, maybe you need to mow and landscape the front in order to look it more beautiful and presentable. My husband and I is planning to buy another house, but this time it is new built house. And I am excited for that.

thank you the yard looks better now, we mowed, and planted more plants, that picture was taken a day or so before we moved in.

Im in the middle of trying to close on my first home. It's a 2 bed 1 bath townhome in Kaneohe Hawaii. A LITTLE expensive, but still a very good deal. I'm deploying to Afghanistan in a couple weeks so I won't have much time to live in it. THat's okay though, I'll be renting it out and making some pretty good cash off of it :D Someone else will be making my mortgage payments for me. Anyhow though, that's great! I'm totally stoked for you! How's it now that you're a few months into it?
