Something to have when you exercise...

Everyday I get up in the morning to go walk and jog. I'm on a strict diet, low carb and taking some dietary supplements like ginseng, niacin and vitamin b12 to help me get the energy I need in the morning and plenty of water. Now I bought one of these 2GB pen MP3 Players to use when I go out to due my daily routine. I love listening to music such as hip hop, r&b or some little techno to get me going. If I'm going to drink an energy drink I don't use red bull or any of that so called stuff. I buy what is called XS Energy Drink or 6 hour Fusion X Energy bottles that gets me alert to get my day pumpin' and wanting to work out. So far so good. I can even do this method when I'm using the treadmill in the backyard. Do you do something that keeps you motivated into exercising?

My motivation is my yard and my dogs. I have to admit I am a slacker at exercise, wish I oculd be more into it, but I have a huge yard and I push mow it and it not only keeps me healthy weight wise, but it helps me work out frustration....My dogs keep me motivated by following me around and I always have music playing....usually dance stuff or even the oldies if I am not into the other music. I love techno music to dance to so if and when I ever do get a routine in the winter working out that would be the kind...it does pump you up. i drink a lot of tea and it gives me the energy I need without all the caffeiene of coffee (which I am addicted to in the mornings LOL)
