lunch on workdays

I've been working for how many years now, our food here in our cafeteria offers the same menu when I first work here. So right now every time I see their food I feel like I need to puke. But anyway, I usually order food on a fast food like McDonald's or sometimes I order food from Chinese restaurant. Chinese restaurants offer variety of food like rice toppings. Rice toppings are good for working people because you can eat it anywhere you like with ease. Or if ever I have time, I cook food on the evening then bring it to the office the next day. If you want to cook for yourself choose a recipe that is easy to prepare and to bring in the office. For me I usually cook beef steak and pork chops.

years ago, i used to bring lunch from home. after i get new job, we are in the office usually cook for ourselves, so we eat in the office (after that, there was a helper who cooked for us). now the situation is changing in i just buy my lunch :(

I bring my lunch 2 work everyday because it's too expensive to buy all the time. Need 2 save my money!

some jobs serve food to their workers. I've worked in resaraunts and residential care places a lot and so most of what i've eaten has been served, not chosen.
