My pet Lucy is dead

I have a neighbor who abandoned their house and forgot to bring their cat, one morning their cat came into my house, with no hesitation, i give food down stair to feed the cat. From the moment the did not go far from my place and we gave her a name, we called Lucy". Lucy live in my house for almost a year and have two siblings, but unfortunately this morning we are all shocked finding out that Lucy together with the two little kitten was tied of nylon thread inside the box where she gave birth. They struggling from pain until they die. We are all sad for their horrable death.
