thumb sucking?? i used to thumb suck when i was 4 or 5 years old thats why my teeth is crooked lol try to avoid thumb sucking as earlier as now coz when he gets old, he'll have a problem on his teeth, & he will tend to have a brace. now i'm planning to have a brace but it costs alot.. :(

i asked many dentists about retainer, & all of the dentists said 'retainers are not advisable' my personal dentist told me that i should get a brace not a retainer, coz retainers will just put after you removed your braces , in short it's just a maintenance hehehe.. how much naman ung pahulugan? lol

I am sure this will help a lot of parents. I got a friend whose kid also won't stop thumb sucking! But, now he is like 7 years old, he knows it's no longer good to see! LOL!

sometimes other parents just let their children suck their thumb and just let the child out-grow to that habit. i think parents has a big role to make sure this kind of habits be stopped at a certain age. its a habit hard to break but we parents need to be there to supervise.
